Well, hello there, and welcome to TheTrukstoP.com. This is my first main article for the launch of the new redesign of the site. This web site has been pretty much an ongoing online journey, starting way back in 1998, when it was just a simple one-page site with links. It's come a long way since then.
So who am I? Well, my name is Greg Davies, and I am the designer of this place. I also am the manager for a metal band called AGAINST 72. Along with that, I consider myself somewhat of a writer also. I have a MySpace page, so if you'd like to know more about me personally, you can check that out. Feel free to send me a friend request or send me a message - unless, of course, you're one of those pr0n bots. I don't like bots. They smell bad.
What's this site all about then? Well, that's pretty complicated to put your finger on it. You can check out the main details as to what this site's about by seeing our ABOUT section. Fundamentally, TheTrukstoP.com serves two purposes.
Firstly, it is a website through which I can promote projects I work on. This includes what AGAINST 72 is up to. I also maintain websites for musician Corey Hodgetts and for the S.L.A.M. organization. I am working on numerous writing projects including Sobering Thoughts, Damagescape, Guardian Knight, and Talisman. I take on a whole wide range of things. I am somewhat of a workaholic. If somebody offered me the chance to pick apples in Albania, I'd probably do it, and if I did, you'd hear about it here. You'll see updates about these projects, and other ones, here at TheTrukstoP.com.
Secondly, TheTrukstoP.com is my chance to post up articles about topics that I find interesting. This could be related to a whole range of things. Tech industry news, retro tech articles, Star Wars Expanded Universe news, KISS, prophecies... anything I feel like addressing. It's only just the beginning, and there will be a whole wide range of topics posted here.
So, I welcome you to TheTrukstoP.com, and hope you enjoy checking it out. Thanks for visiting. I seriously appreciate it. But, before I close off this article, allow me to ask a few questions... What articles would YOU like to see here? Your input and feedback is as much a part of this site as the things I post, and I'd really like to hear what you have to say. Who do you want to hear more about? What do you want to hear more about? Feel free to let me know in an e-mail, or even posting a comment in our discussion forum - or not. Whatever you want to do... Thanks again.
